قواعد المنزل
2. Smoking ONLY on balcony.
3. Strictly no BBQ or Shisha indoors or on balcony.
4. Do not throw cigarettes or anything off the balcony.
5. No loud noises above 40 dbA (decibels) from 22:00 to 6:00, and 50 dbA from 6:00 to 22:00 (or as per Dubai law).
✱ Breaking any of these rules will result in minimum AED200 penalty or as per building policies and government laws. ✱
6. In case, you have moved any furnishings and/or decor items around, it would be greatly appreciated if they were put back in their designated spots.
7. Please be mindful of leaving open food lying around or in the sink and dispose of them in order to not attract bugs and insects.
8. On the day of Check-Out, in case there is a same day Check-In and you are late in Checking-Out with no prior notice or last minute notice to Host, there will be an extra charge of AED 150 to accommodate your late Check-Out.
9. Any damages to the apartment (including lost keys and access card), its furnishings and items will be recharged at replacement cost of that item, plus 15% handling fee (minimum charge AED 100).
